How long does delivery take?

We offer free tracked worldwide delivery on every order. Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery generally takes 4–11 business days, depending on the destination. Express delivery may be available at checkout for eligible locations.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, duties and import fees are covered by us, so you should not face unexpected charges on delivery. Any destination-specific exception will be shown before payment.

How do I choose the right size?

Necklaces: A 40 cm length usually sits near the collarbone, while 60 cm falls lower on the chest. Compare with a necklace you already like.
Bracelets: Measure your wrist snugly with a tape or string, then add 1–1.5 cm for a comfortable fit.
Rings: Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits well and compare it with a standard ring-size chart.

What materials are your pieces made from?

Materials, plating, stones and other details are listed on each product page. Natural stones, shells and pearls may vary slightly in colour, pattern or shape—these natural differences make every piece distinctive.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Our jewellery is waterproof and suitable for everyday wear. To keep each piece looking its best, avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and rough surfaces. Wipe gently with a soft cloth when needed.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. Please review our returns policy for the full time frame and conditions. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.
